I am Céline Martin, I am an Internal Quality Supervisor within the Knauf Insulation Group in Illange (France). 

What is your job?
My job is to controlling the finished product and also to control the arrival of the of the raw materials.
You have to be very rigorous in your work whether it's me or the quality technician, but also the quality operators and I'm here too to accompany them to be rigorous.

What motivates you the most?
Knauf Insulation has allowed me to evolve in my work very quickly. I went from being a Laboratory Technician to Internal Quality Supervisor.
This is something that I was looking forward to because I like being on the production line. I like to be on the field. I like to work in collaboration with the production team, with the process team to make the product evolve and be better. 

What is your next challenge?
I think that here, we are a very, very young company, we still have so much things to do, so many developments are possible.
In any case, I think that everyone has their own idea to improve things.
I think that it's all together that we can improve things and not just me, little Celine, all by myself.
